Still working...
Well, I'm still working. I don't think I've stopped yet. I have one of those partners tonight who said, "I'm ticked." When he was found out he was working with me. "Oh, it's nothing against you! It's just that I will have to do all of the ALS calls!."
Yeah, you are paid to work buddy!!! Also, I'm not exactly thrilled with working with you either. I know that you try to get by with as little work as possible! And, to top it off, you get paid more than I do.
That's fine, I don't care, I will do all of your skills for you. I will start all of the IV's, I will everyone on the monitor, all you have to do is sit there and take notes. Oh yeah, I'm the one working for 24-hours, you're not.

Sorry your partner had such a lousy attitude! I hope your night went well anyway. How are things going tonight...I see you're back in the city. Of course, technically I am too, since 202 got moved out for vacation. :-D

My enjoyment of the station all depends on the attitude of my partner. If I have a good partner, I will have a good night regardless of the amount of calls I run.
Also, in regards to my statement to my mother, I will definitely NOT retract my last statement because the "things" my partner had to do was play computer games. We are paid to run calls, not play games. When it's slow, that is just a perk.
