Assault & Battery of a high and aggravated nature.

I was assaulted last night while at a patient's house. Now, I have been bitten, hit, kicked, spit on, vomited on, urinated on, etc. But, I have never been assaulted like I was last night!!! I cactus attacked me! It was the weirdest thing in the world. There we were, trying to load up a patient on the stretcher in the front yard, and a cactus came out of nowhere and planted itself right behind me. Luckily, it was only knee high so I was able to sit for the remainder of the evening. Now, does anyone know how to get cactus-prickley's out of one's skin?? I have a few left...:-(

    Call 911!
Describe it in excruciating detail for the dispatcher!
    Demand an ambulance STAT!
And something for the pain ... you know they have it!!!

Sorry that I couldn't help you with the catus situation...I just made sure to avoid the pricklys when I was out west, so I never had to deal with them. :-D

Hey, when did you go to that waterfall? Do you do much hiking? I am always looking for someone to go with...that doesn't work one of those weird "9-5" jobs and not have any time off in the day...

Mom- I already had talked to the ER nurse and she said to get lost.

Dad- we don't carry tweezers on the truck.

Aunt Roseanne- I will have to try that the next time a cactus jumps on me!

Lana- The waterfall picture was when I went camping with Mike and Uy in NC this past June. It was the weekend after Uy graduated

Aunt Rocky- We don't carry duct tape, but I did try some of our 3in tape. It got most of the stuff out of my pants, but not all of it :-(
